Our COVID19 Response

At Frobisher the wellbeing and safety of our clients, business partners and team is our highest priority. We’ve taken precautionary steps to ensure that we maintain safety and security, while following the advice from the World Health Organisation and the Ministry of Health. 

We can all do our part to mitigate the spread of COVID -19 by doing two simple things, washing our hands thoroughly with soap and water and practicing social distancing. Equally as important is working together to alleviate the mental impact on ourselves and those around us – reach out (virtually) to your friends and the most vulnerable during this time. It can go such a long way towards making people feel better.

Our Showroom

Our Christchurch and Auckland showroom’s are now closed until further notice. 
We have asked our team not to shake hands with any visitors to showroom and maintain the recommended distance of 2 metres from each other at all times. If this is not possible then restrict time together to just 15 minutes to reduce exposure
Hand sanitiser is available at all of our counters
We have increased cleaning and sanitation measures with a particular focus on high traffic areas

 

Services

Consultants, despatch team and installers will be calling our customers prior to any in home appointments to reassure them that we are taking this seriously and they are confident of their health status
They will also be enquiring about the situation in the customers home to ensure no one in the house is unwell, currently self-isolating or at risk of having contracted the virus due to suspected contact or international travel
Our in home team will also be maintaining the recommended distance of 2 metres at all times, not shaking hands and restricting consultations to 15 minutes if required.

Our Team

If any member of our team is feeling unwell, is experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19, has had exposure to suspected cases they must remain at home and if someone appears to be unwell while they are at work they will be asked to go home
We have cancelled all domestic and international travel and will be staying in touch with our team digitally
Our team will be practising enhanced personal and work station hygiene standards in line with the Ministry of Health recommendations

 

We will be meeting daily to ensure we are taking appropriate and timely action as any developments are reported. Please be reassured the Frobisher team are taking this situation very seriously as the health and wellbeing of our people remains the number one priority.
