Project Administrator

Due to expansion we are seeking a Project Administrator to join the Frobisher Project Team.  Working closely with, and supporting team members and managers to help deliver the projects efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Document and information control
  • Monitoring project plans, schedules, quotes and expenditures
  • Raising and issuing Purchase Orders
  • Ensuring that project deadlines are met
  • Collaborating with key stake holders

 

About you:

The Project Administrators works on tight deadlines and to be successful, requires you to be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite and have effective verbal and written skills. Additionally, we use applications of: Excel, WorkflowMax, Qwilr, ClickUp and an AppleMac PC, full training will be provided.

  • Can rapidly adapt and respond to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • High level of initiative, articulate, able to work autonomously
  • Highly organised with great time management skills
  • Has great attention to detail
  • We prefer you to have experience multitasking in complex environments. Ideally you have 2+ years of experience in a similar co-ordination/administration role
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

 

Please note this position is administration only. Whilst an interest in interiors could be helpful, this job will not require any Interior Design skills.

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm.
