Being the owner and managing director, Mark is passionate about creating a great customer experience within Frobisher, and makes sure customer service is at the fore-front of every encounter. When not in the office, Mark can be found on the polo field and is a key member of The New Zealand Fallen Heroes Trust.
Ann-Marie is the driving force behind Frobisher Interiors constantly striving for perfection and increasing the quality of the customer’s experience. Ann-Marie is passionate about Interior Design and the challenge of meeting the customer’s goals and budget.

Vashti’s extensive knowledge within the interiors industry has elevated her to head the talented design team for Frobisher Interiors. With over 15 years experience in construction, project management and interior design, Vashti can provide great solutions and assures the highest quality every time. There is no limit to what Vashti can produce and she inspires her clients to think ‘outside the box’ and extend their own vision, to help create amazing spaces.
Lucy completed a Bachelor of Architectural Studies specialising in Interior Design in 2007, and has been involved in both residential and commercial fit outs ever since. She is passionate about creating beautiful spaces and assists in sourcing product for retail store.
With 10 years industry experience, Ryan’s strengths are spatial planning, commercial and residential new builds and renovations, as well as joinery design. Ryan enjoys working on projects of all sizes and believes on creating spaces that are memorable and enjoyed by all occupants. He also has a soft spot for the slightly unusual and quirky interior features which reflect the personalities of his clients.
Lucy brings to Frobisher a talent for interior design honed during her studies for her Bachelor of Creative Technologies, majoring in interior design. Lucy specialises in spatial design, urban design and the use of the available technologies to create and inspire her clients, to fulfil their aspirations. Lucy is a real people person who enjoys working with a diverse clientele.
Jess received a Diploma in Interior Design at the New Zealand Design and Arts College. With a passion for colour and texture, Jess shares her love for residential and commercial design with her clients. Jess feels it is paramount throughout the design process to portray an atmosphere that reflects her clients and exceeds all of their expectations. This ensures the perfect space to match their needs.
Jessica completed a Diploma of Interior Design from Design & Arts College New Zealand and is working her first year in the Industry. Jessica believes each space should be carefully crafted to each client’s personality and living style, ensuring that the design is a functional and beautiful space. In Jessica’s spare time, she loves to do a bit of crafting, and going on overseas adventures. Jessica’s most memorable travel experience would be hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru, and walking through the cobbled streets of Old Havana, Cuba.
Bringing her experience from the UK, Faye works alongside our Design Team and clients in all aspects of the interior design process to plan, execute and deliver projects in the most streamlined and efficient way. Faye brings a keenness for efficiency that leaves no stone unturned when delivering complex interior projects on-time and on-budget.
Rebecca’s background in Construction and Engineering is invaluable in her role as our Project Coordinator. A keen eye for detail enables her to organise installation of key components for our clients in both residential and commercial settings. Rebecca is particularly passionate about bringing technological solutions into the interior fit-out process.
Jess specialises in interior design and retail sales. She has worked in prestigious showrooms around the country and has profound knowledge of products and their origins. Managing the successful operations of both our Retail Studio and Espressory, Jess ensures that every customer that enters our showroom is treated with the ultimate Frobisher experience.
Jade is a bright and bubbly member of the team, who can be seen around the studio and front desk, with her ever changing hair colour! Joining Frobisher in late 2015, with a background in administration, retail and textiles, Jade uses these skills to assist both the admin and design team. Now our Marketing Co-Ordinator, Jade uses her keen eye for detail to manage our social media platforms and all marketing needs!
Anna is a capable and experienced Accounts Administrator, who joined our team in early 2015. With a background on fashion as well as Public Health, Anna brings a diverse skill set to the Frobisher team. Keeping track of invoices and payments, Anna ensures our clients and suppliers have all of their needs attended to in a timely fashion.
Mark is the guy to make it happen, looking after stock until it is ready to be installed. Mostly, Mark enjoys seeing the amazing spaces created by his colleagues when he’s out and about delivering products to clients, where he also loves a good chat. Outside of work, Mark is a Venturer leader with Scouts NZ and a happy go lucky token adventurer!
Chelsea joined the Frobisher team in our Espressory, as an experienced barista. Having moved to Christchurch from Australia, Chelsea loves to explore the local track with her 4-legged friend, Rosie and then sample all of the sweet treats Frobisher Espressory has to offer! A smiley friendly face, who is sure to brighten up your morning coffee.
